At ALGN, we invest significant time in preparing personalized wellness plans and reserving dedicated coaching slots for every participant. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, the following refund policy applies.
1. Cancellation Before Program Start
- More than 7 days before the program start date: 100% refund, excluding applicable payment gateway charges, if any.
- 3–7 days before the program start date: 75% refund.
- Less than 72 hours before the program start date: 50% refund.
2. After the Program Begins
Once access to the member portal/course has been provided, a personalised nutrition or fitness plan has been shared, or the first live coaching session has been attended, the program is considered commenced and is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
3. Digital Products
All digital products, downloadable guides, recorded courses, templates, and e-books are non-refundable after purchase because access is provided immediately.
4. Discovery Consultations
Consultations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
5. Medical Emergencies
If you are unable to continue due to a documented medical emergency, hospitalization, pregnancy-related complications, or another exceptional circumstance, please contact us within 7 days.
At ALGN’s discretion, we may offer a program pause, credit toward a future batch valid for 6 months, or a partial refund depending on the services already delivered.
6. Cancellation by ALGN
If ALGN cancels a program and no suitable alternative is offered, participants will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Program Pause
Participants may pause their program once for up to 60 days due to travel, illness, or other genuine reasons. Remaining sessions will resume in the next available batch.
